Have a question? We’ve got the answers!

What to do if your slime is…

STICKY… If you slime is sticky, add borax (provided when you purchase) to your slime. Be sure to add a little at a time.

HARD… If your slime is hard, put your slime in hot water for 20 seconds to 1 minute.

NOT STRETCHY… Add a FEW pumps of lotion to your slime (do not use for clear slime).

Does slime stain?

Some slime may stain; however, the major ingredient of the slime is made of a washable substance. If you do encounter a stain on a hard surface, use a wet towel and a general-purpose cleaner to clean the slime away. If slime gets on clothes, scrub with vinegar then rinse with warm water.

How to get slime out of hair?

You can use clarifying shampoo and rub it in your hair, wash, rinse and repeat until all the slime is out. Or you can use vinegar to get slime out and rinse with warm water.

Is slime safe?

Slime is safe to play with, but not to eat. Just like any product that touches the skin, some people may have a reaction. If this happens to you, I suggest stopping immediately.

Do you use borax?

Yes I do use borax instead of contact solution (which contains hydrogen peroxide).

How to store slime when you’re not playing with it?

Keep your slime in an airtight container (like the one provided during shipping).
Don’t leave slime out or it will become dry and harden in which it will not be able to be converted back to slime.

How to dispose of slime?

Never put slime down the sink (it can cause clogs, and trust me, your parents will get upset). Slime should be thrown in the garbage when you no longer want to keep it.
